What We Believe

1. We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant (free of error) Word of God.
2. We believe that Jesus Christ is the true Son of God. We believe that faith in Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.
3. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again, and that He will return for His children.
4. We believe in an actual heaven and hell.
5. We believe that a person must be born again to go to heaven.
6. We believe that all people are born sinners and in need of a Savior.
7. We believe in the priesthood of all believers.
8. We believe the local congregation is the right form of the kingdom of God on earth.
9. We subscribe to the teachings of Luther’s Small Catechism and the Lutheran confessions.
